I’ve designed mechanical, electrical and digital products — from production dropper posts and carbon wheelsets to energy-harvesting transducers, custom data loggers, and the physics models that tie them together.

Mechanical Design
Dropper seatposts taken from free-body diagram to mass production — every part iterated to shed grams without losing strength.

Composite Manufacturing & Design
Carbon wheelsets and structures from napkin sketch to molded prototype — plus an in-house process for cure-cycle hole piercing and a cross-section optimized for impact.

Mechatronics — LET
A linear electromagnetic transducer for harvesting energy from suspension motion — built, instrumented on the trail, and honestly assessed against its theoretical limit.
Digital Products & Research
A physics model plus a computer-vision system that, together, redefine what an 'ideal' suspension setup is — and measure it from a single GoPro.

Net-Zero Sprinter — Master's Thesis
A net-zero energy system designed, fabricated, and installed on a Sprinter van — then modeled so it can predict interior temperature from the weather forecast.
Tesla & Uber
High-voltage connector design for Tesla's Megapack, and power-electronics thermal, wheel, and suspension work for Uber's micromobility e-bikes and e-scooters.
